Meet Zara Johnston, A Military wife, Mummy to 3 little people and the face behind Author Mummy.

As a child, Zara adored books, reading them, listening to them and making up her own stories.  The older she got the more her love for books grew.

In 2013, Zara trained as a Literacy Intervention Leader in a bid to try and bridge the gap between a child's reading age and their chronological age.  

After many of years of writing stories for her own children, Zara started sharing these stories with her local community and subsequently embarked on her new journey into the wonderful world of a children's picture book author.
